About Jelly Scoot

Jelly Scoot is a block puzzle game by Klikkit. The game is in development and is not yet publicly available on the App Store. Contact contact@klikkit.co.uk with questions about these terms.

Using a test build

If you have been given a test build, you may use it for personal play and testing under the applicable Apple distribution terms. Features, level layouts and availability may change while development continues. Please keep a copy of any feedback you want to retain and contact us before deleting the app if you are trying to recover progress.

You are responsible for keeping your device and any account credentials secure. Do not use the game or website to interfere with other people’s use, exploit service vulnerabilities, commit fraud or distribute harmful content.

Game items and purchases

Coins, boosters and other virtual items are for use within the game. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn as cash and are not offered as transferable property. If purchases become available, Apple will show the price and request your authorization before a transaction. Availability and prices can depend on your App Store region.

Consumable items are used up through play. Restoring eligible permanent benefits does not replenish spent items or expired time. Apple handles payment and billing requests; see Apple’s Report a Problem service for refund requests. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Accounts and advertising

Supported developer test builds offer optional account connection and cloud backup. An account is not required for offline puzzles, and device progress is saved locally. Signing in and enabling cloud backup are separate choices. A cloud restore replaces this device’s progress after you choose a save. The test cloud service does not yet have independent database backups, so recovery after a service failure is not guaranteed. The privacy notice and deletion guide explain data handling and your controls.

Ads are not activated. Advertising service information and privacy choices will be provided before ads are enabled.

Art and other content

Jelly Scoot’s name, artwork, game materials and website content belong to their respective owners. These terms allow personal use of the game and website; they do not transfer ownership of that content. Font licence information is available in the bundled font licence.

Availability and your rights

We work to keep the game and website useful, but a development build may contain errors or be unavailable while it is updated. We cannot promise recovery of a local save that has been deleted without a backup. Contact support promptly if something goes wrong.

These terms do not exclude or limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your applicable consumer rights.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy notice explains current data handling. If these terms change, we will update the date on this page. Changes that materially affect a future account or purchase feature will be explained with that feature.
